Happiness of loving and to be loved.

Yes, Indeed!

Namaste, Love is an emotion that keeps people bonded and committed to one another. The full form of LOVE 'Long-lasting Original Valuable Emotions', also conveys the same. Some people would say it is one of the most important human emotions. It is associated with a range of positive emotions, including happiness, excitement, life satisfaction, and euphoria, but it can also result in negative emotions such as jealousy and stress. Love can be applied to the whole ball of wax.

Love❤️

“Love all, Trust a few, Do wrong to none.” - William Shakespeare

Love For Yourself. Self-love is crucial but it's not something that thrown away when you lose track of life. You are going to live with yourself for lifetime. Be kind and comfortable with yourself even you're having a bad day. Enjoy little things around you every single day and make a note of it for helping you find joy. Trust yourself to make a best judgement and be your first advocate. Process your fears and allow yourself to make mistakes so you can learn and grow from them. Seize every opportunity that life grants you or create your own moment that leads you to success. Remember your value doesn't depend on your appearence & don’t worry about what society thinks or expects of you and make sure to let go of toxicity around you. There’s just no point in comparing yourself to anyone else on the planet because there’s only one you. Cut yourself some slack!

Love For Family. Family is one of the most precious gifts that we have in our life. The relationship that you have built at home countersigns what kind of person you are today. While some members of your family might not always be able to express their love for you in the ways you would like, continue your practice of appreciating individual qualities and recognizing positive changes. Give priority to the ones who have been there for you from the start, and back them in their flat times. Offering a strong shoulder and unconditional assent can make a huge difference in families.

Love For Friends. Friends are the family we choose for ourselves. If you are fortunate enough to have friends that stick by your side through good and bad times, make sure to cultivate those relationships by providing them the same support they have shown you. This platonic love founded on mutual goodness and understanding, because it is trustworthy. Spend quality time with your closest friends, and let them know how much they mean to you. Make them smile, share stories and memories, give red light for the disputes, be with them in their bad times, and don't forget to tell them how much you love.

Love For Partner. Initial feelings like the butterflies, the heart flutters, and the buckling knees are all part of love. If we know that actually loving someone starts at the end of the buckling knees, then we’re prepared, and we don’t give up. Doing something nice for your person fills your heart with pure happiness. Support them through thick and thin, invest time, make secret sacrifices for them, keep your promises, build them up, share their hardship, be intimate, avoid red flags, give them space, and bottom line, love them with all your heart & don't lose yourself.

Love For Everything. You can be a bright light in someone else’s day and shift their entire life’s path by simply spreading love. You don't need to spend all of your time, energy, or money doing something big or extravagant for someone. It only takes one small act to love and kindness to all living things. You can create a ripple effect that can change the entire world. Help them out, do random acts of kindness, be less judgemental, buy something for a stranger, be polite, grateful and compliment others, care for animals & environment, respect our nation and don't lose sight of spreading happiness everywhere.

You reap what you sow – Spreading love will bring back love to you. So, this Valentine's Day, spread love around you.

Any suggestions, please leave a comment. Thanks!
